Ludan-Tech is built on two main divisions that work in synergy, each with its own unique specialization:
Smart Industrial Technology Division
This division is responsible for the development and implementation of control, automation, and industrial IT systems, as well as smart building management, data analytics (Big Data), industrial IoT, and SCADA/MES systems.
Within this division also operates Ludan-Tech’s Public Transportation Unit, which manages ticketing systems, electric transit management, passenger movement analysis, and driver interfaces.
Security and Control Division
This division includes security, surveillance, and video systems, ICSS systems, electronic testing equipment for the defense industries, and unique cyber solutions for organizations, governments, and critical infrastructures.
Symcotech
Symcotech Ltd. is an Israeli company specializing in the development, production, and installation of computerized ticketing systems, access control systems, and fleet management solutions for public transportation. Founded in 1985 and located in Or Yehuda, its clients include major transportation operators in Israel such as Dan, Egged, Israel Railways, Kavim, Afikim, and Metropoline.
In addition to its public transportation operations, Symcotech also develops and manufactures electronic testing systems (ATE) for the defense industry, providing advanced technological solutions in this field.
In 2024, Symcotech and Dan Transportation founded OPCAR-EV, a company specializing in control, monitoring, and energy management systems for electric vehicle fleet charging stations—aimed at supporting the transition to electric transportation in Israel and abroad.

RT LTA Systems
RT specializes in the development, design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of aerostat systems, ranging from micro-tactical solutions to large-scale balloon systems (Zeppelin, Blimp shape).
As a world-leading company in its field, RT has developed the Skystar™ family—tactical aerostat systems based on battlefield-proven lighter-than-air platforms.
The systems are compact, mobile, easy to operate, and cost-effective.
They are capable of carrying a variety of payloads to altitudes of up to 500 meters and are designed for continuous 24/7 operation under harsh weather and terrain conditions.
The Skyguard family includes large aerostat systems (Zeppelin, Blimp shape) ranging from 15 meters to 73 meters in length. These systems operate at altitudes of up to 5 kilometers, carrying various payloads weighing up to 2.5 tons.
They are primarily used for aerial defense and the protection of land and maritime borders.
RT’s aerostat systems are deployed worldwide with over 6 million operational hours, supporting military and security missions, including continuous ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) operations, border and coastal security, target acquisition, protection of strategic facilities, VIP protection, law enforcement, public safety, search and rescue, and emergency response operations, as well as safe city initiatives.
