Symcotech, part of the Ludan Group, is leading the public transportation payment revolution with advanced solutions for managing and operating fare collection systems.

As part of this project, Symcotech provided Shapir with advanced equipment for selling and recharging Rav-Kav cards using both cash and credit card payments. In addition, an intelligent back-office system with advanced monitoring capabilities was integrated, allowing seamless interfacing with the company’s other systems and enabling efficient, smart management of the payment infrastructure.

To date, over 100 payment machines have been delivered, supported by a team of expert technicians ensuring maximum uptime and high-quality maintenance.
