Ludan-tec Leads the Design and Implementation of Control Systems for TARO Plants, in Compliance with the Highest Standards of the Pharmaceutical Industry

TARO Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. established new, multi-purpose manufacturing plants for a wide range of pharmaceutical products. As part of this project, Ludan Software & Control Systems designed and implemented an advanced process control system in accordance with ANSI/ISA-88 standards for batch process control.

The system is based on Rockwell programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Rockwell RSView HMI interfaces, and the RSBatch engine for managing complex batch processes. This allows for smart control, efficient production management, and enhanced product consistency.
